About the Founder — Why I Built Slots.Academy
My name is Elazar Gilad.
I’m the founder of Slots.Academy.
I didn’t start this platform as a side project or another affiliate site. I built it after more than a decade working inside the iGaming industry — on the operator side, the platform side, and the infrastructure side.
Who I Am
I’ve spent years building and running online casino operations from the ground up. I’ve worked in C-level roles across operations, product, marketing, acquisition, and CRM. I’ve dealt with game providers, aggregators, platforms, payments, affiliates, bonuses, retention systems, compliance, and the operational infrastructure that connects all of them.
That experience is the foundation of Slots.Academy.
When a player opens a casino lobby, most people see games.
I see the full machine behind them — the incentives, the technical layers, the licensing structures, and the commercial relationships.
I created Slots.Academy to put that knowledge on the player’s side of the table.

Spill.media is my advisory and research platform.
Through it I work on iGaming infrastructure, platform decoupling, regulatory compliance, and operational strategy for operators. The focus is technical autonomy, margin protection, and clean architecture rather than marketing hype.
Slots.Academy and Spill.media serve different audiences, but they share the same foundation: understanding how the industry actually works.

mr-kasiino.com is part of the same portfolio. It is a localized Estonian site focused on legal online casinos and player information for the Estonian market. It sits in the same ecosystem but serves a different purpose and audience than Slots.Academy.
